AquaDom (Germany)
AquaDom in Berlin, Germany, is a cylindrical acrylic glass aquarium with a height of 25 meters and a transparent internal elevator. It is located inside the Radisson Blu Hotel in Berlin Mitte. AquaDom opened to the public in 2004 at a cost of approximately €12.8 million. It is the world’s largest cylindrical acrylic aquarium, with a diameter of about 11 meters, filled with 1,000,000 liters of water. It contains more than 1,500 fish from 50 different species. SkyView (Sweden)
SkyView is a cable car built on the southern side of the Ericsson Globe in Stockholm, Sweden. This 100-meter elevator consists of two spherical cabins that offer visitors an exciting ride to the top of the Globe at a height of about 130 meters above sea level. The Bailong Elevator is a 326-meter glass elevator built alongside a massive cliff in the Wulingyuan area of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in Hunan Province, China. It is claimed to be the tallest and heaviest outdoor elevator in the world. Construction began in October 1999, and it opened to the public in 2002.
